Ease of use! Very intuitive program that does NOT require a lot of training to use.

I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in ****** and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

Thank you so much for such good hospitality. Most companies would not offer a refund so easily for an automatic subscription and so fast as well. This shows such good ethics as a company. I like that I can fill in and even sign document through pdf filler. It is very convenient and saves me a lot of time and headaches. It also allows me to have a more professional look on my documents which has gotten me a reputation for being professional.

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!

Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
