I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. We use it to send out client forms that require a signature. Its much better than sending it in an email because it can all be dealt with online without needing to print, sign and scan back a paper document.
The website is easy to use and makes it easy to find all the features available on the home screen. No need to go poking around in the website. Everything you could want to do to a PDF can be found on the home page.
I have nothing bad to say about Pdffiller. For those that don't want to spend money on the subscription they still offer electronic signature forms.

Highly recommend! This is an awesome site/resource for pros and newbies alike! Being new to all things graphic design related, I have utilized PDF filler several times to help with my projects *at no charge! Unfortunately, I lost my “real job” due to CoVid, so, at this time, I’m not in a position to pay the (very reasonable) annual fee to utilize all of the amazing benefits/features. BUT - as soon as I am able, I will happily do so. I was also really impressed with the Customer Service team. They are extremely professional, helpful and respond quickly. *side note: I almost never post recommendations (good or bad) but in this case, I felt the exception was well deserved.

I love that pdfFiller.com has a vast selection to search through, although it can be frustrating to find what you are looking for because even when you change the search information, the same ones pull right back up. The price is fair if you use it daily or at least 3 times a week, which I don't but I use it frequently enough since there is no cheaper option than the monthly rate.
