I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! the service is great, however the payment option is miss leading, as it says $6/month and when you go to pay you charge the full year up front, in US$ and some of us are poor, so thanks for that.

the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.

I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.

My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

Love that you can type the form number or name and have access to it. Also love how easy it is to create your own fillable form.

I think it could be more user friendly in terms of navigating around the site, docs, templates, etc.

This product is fantastic!
It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look.
It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team.
The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done.
The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

My overall experience with this software has been 100% positive.
I like that no matter what kind of forms I need I can always find everything that I need on this software.

Great program. I want to especially compliment the customer service. Excellent! Resolved my issue within minutes - Ray was understanding and concise. I feel like good customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend PDF filler.
