I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The mobility of PDF filler is its greatest asset in addition the ability to sign directly on a mobile device is incredible the website navigation is good on average the speed of being able to execute a PDF signed document is also good

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

Easy, and very convenient.
Saves me lots of time.
It's fast and easy, navigation of the site is easy, uploading and editing a document is easy, the SendToSign option is phenomenal!
As of right now I have not really come across any thing that I dislike. The site is pretty self explanatory.

Does it all
The best program to work with documents
Easily completes and adds information to any document or report. You can size the information to fit the provided space, cut and paste and maneuver easily within the document. You can access the program and the documents you have completed as the application is on the web and it retains your completed report in their system.
If they could combine other pdf tools would be awesome. Some of the more common pdf functions include moving pages, separating pages and duplicating pages, etc...

Since a recent update
Since a recent update, we were no longer able to send documents to SignNow for esignatures. The chat support was able to make some updates and get us working again.

when i want to go back to a doc i have to go all the way back to the main doc menu
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Almost all the forms i need are on PDF. I rarely have to look elsewhere

I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.
