I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I like the ease to update a document quickly and effectively.

I wish that it was more intuitive I.e. when I erase something, ask what I’d like to do next and learn my behavior.

Ease of use was great and intuitive
Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.
