How to Rephrase a PDF?

pdfFiller makes it easy to rephrase any document online. You can type anywhere, highlight, redact or erase words and phrases, add signatures, images, sticky notes or customized watermarks without any coding.

To get started, go to MY DOCS and select a document to be opened in the pdfFiller editor.

Across the top you’ll see a PDF toolbar. Click on a tool icon to select it, then mouse over the area on your file where you want to place it and click again. Click on the Text button to start typing or insert your sentences by dragging the text box. You can change the font type, text size or color by clicking the corresponding icons in the toolbar. Make your words bold, italic or underline it using the B, I and U icons respectively.

pdfFiller’s online PDF editor allows you to quickly sign your form. Press the Sign button and choose how you’d like to add your signature. You can draw it with your finger or mouse, upload it from your computer or capture it with a smartphone or webcam.

Select the corresponding option on the Edit tab to highlight or erase words. To obscure the information choose the blackout tool.

Use the tab on the right to number pages, add a watermark or view the revision history by clicking the VERSIONS tab.

When you’ve finished editing your file, click DONE. Now you can email, print or save your form.

To rephrase a PDF online, upload a file to your account or choose an existing file.

Choose the 'Text' button in the 'Edit' tab and start typing. Place text by clicking and dragging the box.

Click the 'Signature' or 'Picture' button to sign your document or insert an image. You can also add sticky notes, comments or text boxes to any PDF file.

To rephrase a PDF, click the corresponding icon on the toolbar to highlight, redact or erase any content or image.

To rephrase your PDF further, click the 'ADD WATERMARK' and the 'VERSIONS' tabs on the right or the 'PAGES' tab on the left.

What do you like best?
I like the erase tool the best. I find PDF Filler to be much easier to use than Adobe.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I would change about PDF filler (or maybe I just haven't figured it out yet) - it doesn't seem to correct the leveling of the sheet if it was scanned in a little crooked.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDF filler is making my job a lot easier with forms that I use constantly but that are in PDF format and not Word. No one can read my handwriting, so this tool makes everything I do look legible and professional.

I have NO ablity for photoshop I have NO ablity for photoshop, etc. But this software is easy to use and I can easily edit the few things I need to do. Highly recommend it for those who aren't to tech savy.

To set up or update your personal signature, go to Settings > My account, then select Change signature. You'll then be given three options: “Draw”, “Type,” or “Upload” an existing signature from your computer. Make your selection, then when you're finished, save your signature.
Open an email that has attachments. Click Edit Message, to put the email in editable mode. Open one of the attachments (e.g. Word or Excel document) Edit the document and click save, at which point the email is updated with the modified version of the document.
To edit a document after sending, users need to access their account, locate the sent envelope, and then proceed with the necessary modifications. Once the sent envelope is found, the user can select the document that requires editing.
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions > Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again. After you have resent the document, the recipient will get a new notification email with the latest document version.

To upload a PDF with form fields, click on Create new button, select Document, then click on Local file in the pop-up window on the left or simply drag & drop a PDF from your device. Upload your PDF file. Once it's uploaded, you have the option to Place fields.
In your PandaDoc account, go to Settings > Billing. Once in the Billing tab, click the hamburger menu next to the Admin Panel and go to Users. Click the account of the user you would like to re-assign, and you will see the option to change their licenses to Standard, Creator, eSignature, or Read-Only.
Underline the key words that you must keep to ensure that the same meaning stays the same. Write it in your own words without looking at the original text. Compare your paraphrase with the original text. Ensure you have appropriately cited and referenced the original text.
