With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. For example, the exhibits in my court Motion were in various formats and its amazing how it handled the various formats and converted them to PDFs flawlessly

Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

This system is excellent if you are using it most of the time if not surely with its complication and unique property compared to facebook and google, surely you will face difficulty in understanding all its features. Again this software requires time to master the system.

I like the ease in completing the forms, the ease in re-locating the form is need be, able to store signatures from officers of the company
What do you dislike?
Not really a "Dislike" just challenging to adjust the fonts to fit in some of the small areas allotted for phone numbers and with the ( ) sometimes challenging to get the numbers to fit properly

this is a time saver if you have several business forms to be completed. It's easy to use and great for referencing if you need to re-visit the form to tweek.

I us I nearly every day. It saves time and hassle,and it makes PDFS easy to customize. I love it!
I go this software to fill out forms, but it does SO much more than that! I can take educational PDFS, and change items to apply to my young students. Even the younger teachers in my group will send me a PDF, and ask me to "Do your magic" on it. My "magic" is PDF filler!
Wow....there isn't much I would change. It really works so very well. I might want to see a few more fonts available.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Easy to use with lots of options. Worth the $$ just to make it easier to modify documents, since everything is digital/email these days.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.
