I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

How do I set up autopay with Spectrum?
Sign in to your account.
Select the Billing tab to see your billing options.
Choose To enroll in Auto Pay.

How does Spectrum Auto Pay Work?
When you enroll in Auto Pay, you'll continue to receive your monthly billing statement. However, instead of seeing a due date on your bill, you'll see an Auto Pay date. That's the date your automatic payment will be processed. Your bill will be paid automatically on or around the same date every month.
How long do you have to pay your spectrum bill?
Most cable companies charge a late payment fee, and Spectrum is no exception. It does offer an unusually long grace period, though you get thirty days after your due date to pay your bill. After that period, you'll be assessed a late fee of $8.95.

How does spectrum billing cycle work?
Your billing cycle starts the day you activate your first line of service or seven days after the device is shipped, whichever comes first. The billing cycle ends 30 days later and your monthly payment is charged 20 days after that.
Do you have to pay upfront for Spectrum?
Charter Spectrum does credit checks in order to open accounts. Depending on your credit, you may or may not need to pay the first month's bill plus installation fees. No security deposit is required.
How do I change my payment method on spectrum?
Sign in to your Spectrum Mobile account.
Choose Billing.
Scroll down to the Payment Method section and choose Change Card.
Follow the prompts to update your card information.
Select Save.
How do I delete a payment method on spectrum?
Open the My Spectrum app and select the Billing tab.

Choose Cancel Auto Pay.
