So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.
