Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Something went wrong, when I was filling once it stopped me suddenly. It saved the work, luckily. But I lost two minutes to restart my job, and this wasn't nice.

Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund
Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

I needed to print out the forms for a passport. PDFiller was where I was sent to do this. Perfect! I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. It appears that you have a very successful business, with good reason.
