At first, I was outraged that I had wasted 2 hours to fill in a form, only to realize that I couldn't afford what they were asking for me to print. So there was 2 hours wasted.
I sent an email to PDFfiller, explaining my outrage, but then they gave me 30 days free! So I could then print out my form, it wasn't a waste of time after all!
Great customer service.
I would give it five stars but honestly it is a lot of money per month for me when I rarely use it. That said, when I DO use it, it is a massive time saver. I love the signature features and how well the filler integrates with every form and contract I have used.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! Needed a pdf file filled in online
Needed a pdf file filled in online, that in and of itself was not the issue. The issue was not being able to recreate the form in that most environments you would need to build the form from scratch. PDFfiller allowed me to upload the form and use their platform to publish it to the public. May I add how quick and easy it was. Saved a ton of time which I don't have.

4 stars for now, I will change it once I receive my refund but I am happy with my interaction with their chat support. His name is Ralph, very straightforward , no wasting of time unlike other customer supports I encountered in the past.
Have not been able to successfully append a document more than 5 pages. That process does not appear to be very user friendly to figure out. Would love some guidance on how to do specific things with this program now that I have purchased it for a year!

They have great customer service. I got charged my yearly fee, which was a mistake, and when I notified them they quickly took action and reimbursed my money. Thank you. The items provided by you are great, but I do not use them all year.

I'm a layman when it comes to figuring how do create things on the Internet. It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved.
