good program, found it easy to use. I really like the layouts and how user friendly it was. My only concern was the pricing for me, I only needed to use it for a couple of project a month and I found cheaper yearly memberships elsewhere
I found the system complicated for someone not very experienced with computers. I still do not know how to find, on your system, the forms that I have completed. Where are they? How do I save them to my computer? I will keep working to find the answers.
Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.
The application is smooth and easier to maneuver through all the features. I am impressed with the set-up of tools and the ability to move easily throughout the site to get documents edited, saved and printed.
Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.
Responsive and good solution
The customer service agent was responsive to my needs and exceeded my expectations in terms of solution. Also short wait time on the customer service chat.
VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. It is easy to complete the form by flowing the wizard's help. It is legible and neat for reviewer's to read. It is fast and easy to upload and download, and finally signing with an accurate date/time stamp.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
