Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

What do you like best?
I love that I don't need to hurt my brain trying to learn how to complete a simple task on PDFfiller. Everything is right where I need it and very easy to use. All the functions I need are right at the top and do exactly what I would expect. I like that it is web based and that I can access save documents anywhere if I am not at my computer.
What do you dislike?
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike. I did some research before using this program and it fit my needs better than anything else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product for anyone who does not have access to a employer issued PDF document editor. It has all the functions of their competitors however I find it much easier to use and navigate.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't have access to document signing software through my employer. So now I am able to create fillable PDFs, Sign and Date documents without having to print out and scan into my email. It makes tasks quick and easy.

I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

pdfFiller is very user friendly and is very helpful to upload any document from my computer and edit, save and share it with anyone to review, make necessary corrections and sign it digitally. I am glad to find this product online while doing some search on internet and will continue using it during the free trial period before purchasing paid subscription!

New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.
