As I loaded it for my home use and probably will only use it occasionally I think the cost may be unjustifiable for me to continue with it which is a pity. But it is a good product

While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

Is there a way to optimize a PDF?
Select Optimize PDF from the Tools center or right-hand pane. Select Reduce File Size and choose whether you want to reduce a single file or multiple files. The file is reduced to the smallest size possible while retaining the document's quality.
What is the difference between reduced and optimized PDF?
The size of the reduce file is heavily file-dependent. The Optimize tool provides options to remove or discard properties and items within the document. By removing or discarding optional items in the PDF, the PDF's size will be reduced.
Does flattening a PDF reduce file size?
"Flattening" a PDF is necessary to reduce a document's size, if a PDF includes a form, or to meet sponsor formatting requirements. PDFs that are not flattened can create errors when users upload documents to a sponsor's system.
What is the difference between flatten and compress PDF?
No, compressing and flattening a PDF serve two different purposes. Compression reduces the file size by eliminating data, potentially affecting the quality depending on the compression level. Flattening, conversely, will merge all visual elements into a single layer but does not necessarily reduce the file size.
