I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. It was easy to use and did want i needed to do. However, we starting I selected monthly only to discover it is charging me annually after registering. I didn't like that. Kind of expensive at that rate.

good experience but sometime when you try to change something it's changing also the font and the size. some pictures disapear or become completly black so unuseful. There are some things to correct in your application

What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.
