File> Print. Select the Handouts (2 slides per page) Layout. Click the PDF button & select Save As PDF.
Step 1: Change the export resolution setting. By default, the export resolution of a PowerPoint slide is 96 dots per inch (dpi). Step 2: Export slides as images. In PowerPoint, open your presentation and then select the slide you want to export.
In PowerPoint, select the current presentation. Under “IMAGE SIZE AND QUALITY” remove the check next to “DISCARD EDITING DATA” and PUT a check next to “DO NOT COMPRESS IMAGES IN FILE”. Yes, it IS confusingly worded.
Download the PDF file on your Mac. Go to Finder > locate your file and double-click it to open it in Preview. Enter the password to unlock the PDF document. Once your PDF file is unlocked, click on File > Export as PDF > enter the file name and set its destination > hit Save.
Open PowerPoint presentation and click Print. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and click Properties. Go to File Format and select PDF Document. Select Password protected in PDF Standard like shown on the screenshot below.
Keep it Simple. PowerPoint uses slides with a horizontal or Landscape orientation. Limit bullet points & text. Limit transitions & builds (animation) Use high-quality graphics. Have a visual theme, but avoid using PowerPoint templates. Use appropriate charts. Use color well. Choose your fonts well.
