How to Modify Watermark in PDF File

If you want to use a PDF form as a sample or indicate that it is the property of your company, you might need to make it visible on the form itself. pdfFiller makes it easy to add custom watermark text. Anytime later you may easily modify a watermark. In the past, you probably had to print the form, and write “sample” across the page manually. Or you had to have the form specially prepared using the services of a graphic designer. Either way, you had to have a printer or a scanner, or some kind of special software. pdfFiller now offers you an easier way to add watermarks to PDF documents with full control over their size, opacity, and orientation. To get started, you can upload a form to your account or open a document that you already have in your account. You will see the Watermark tab on the right like this:

When editing your document, click the Watermark tab on the right. Enter your desired watermark text in the text field, choose its orientation with the corresponding button, and use the sliders to set the size and opacity. To apply your watermark only to certain pages, click page range and enter the desired pages. To show or hide the watermark, check or uncheck the corresponding checkbox.

When you've finished editing your watermark, click Close in the top right corner to return to the standard editing tools. The watermark you've made will be visible on the document as you continue editing. If you do not need anymore adding on your document, you can easily modify watermarks in PDF or delete them instantly. Simply uncheck the box and the watermark you added will be removed. This watermark modifier allows you to get rid of a logo in seconds.

It took a while to begin to understand how this works. I would definitely like to attend a webinar to learn more about it. After I fill in all these forms I send you, how do I save them to my computer? Thanks, Joyce Wicks

So far so good. One change I would like to see, when I insert check marks and x's on a specific row, they come out unaligned. WOuld be nice if they were all aligned
