An exception to paragraph (b)(2)(iv) of this section does not apply to a finance charge as a result of a consumer's failure to timely notify the creditor of the death, illness, or lapse in health of a spouse, former spouse, parent, child, or grandparent. (3) Other terms and conditions. If a creditor provides an extension of credit to the consumer under a revolving loan account plan or similar arrangement pursuant to a revolving loan account plan or similar arrangement, other terms and conditions under which the transaction will be made are also disclosed.
