We will refund, as appropriate, any excess charges if your service is interrupted or terminated under the terms of this plan. The student will be responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred for any service interruption or termination. © Information about You. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you must give us current, complete and accurate information about yourself so that we can process your claims, processes any payment you make to us for benefits your reception under this plan and monitors the quality of our provision of benefits in accordance with the requirements of part C of the Act. You agree not to ask us to release your Social Security number or SSN except to the extent permitted by law. (d) Privacy Notice. We will comply with Federal law with respect to the collection and protection of personally identifiable information about all our customers.
