Service Members and Dependents Service members and dependents of
those involved in Plan activity, including children,
enrolled in a child care center, and their visitors and
dependents, may require more comprehensive and continuous
provider support. All service members under the age of 18 have
the same rights and responsibilities under the Plan and
participate equally in all the activities under the Plan. Primary Care
Office Primary Care Physicians (PCP's)
must provide the above services and participate in the
functional of the Plan. They must also provide for the
safety, the comfort, and the well-being of each Service Member and
dependent. These Primary Care Physicians (PCP's) work at locations
connected to the participating Plan provider network with the
primary duties of providing medical and nursing services to the
participating participants. Primary Care
Office's participating in the Plan provider network have access to the
following Plan services:Support of the Provider Relations,
Customer Service, Health Services, Community and Member
Outreach programs. Service Member Visits
As a member of a health-related organization, Service Members
participate in a nationwide system of health care. To promote safety and
enjoyment of life of Service Members, and to
provide appropriate levels of health care, the Plan provides them with
service, medical and dental care for a reasonable period
of time. The participating PCC's provide the service activities at
participating Plan Service Providers. When providing services to
participating members, the PCC and Participating office should have
access to information obtained through the Service member's
provider network. The PCC should, however, have access to data on
participating members, including information on those without health insurance,
and those eligible to purchase health care insurance benefits through the
Plan. The Participating office may use the services offered at participating Service
PCC's for a period of time to provide these services to Service
Member's and dependents. The PCC must also provide information to a Service
Member when needed, but not before they obtain and have a
health insurance policy.

participant health care services that meet the
individual's health care needs and preferences and are reasonable
for the Plan's needs, goals, and program priorities.
