C The National Research Council (NRC) and the Council of Environmental Quality (CEQ) today issued two jointly-authored, interagency reports analyzing the potential environmental impact, economic and public health impacts, and regulatory concerns that result from an open-pit oil and natural gas (OIL AND NATURAL GAS) extraction process in Canada.
