For this study, 13 patients with tuberculosis or ATM who presented with the diarrhea-associated syndrome (WAS) were included. They were treated with intravenous azithromycin and 5 different probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Akkermansia muciniphila, Streptococcus Theophilus, and Bifidobacterium adolescents). For determination of the specific strains, PCR was performed on genomic DNA fragments that flank the infrequent restriction site of the DNA fragment of PCR product using specific primers encoding specific regions of the 1,050 base pairs of the PCR products. The resulting PCR products were pooled and tested by real-time PCR which revealed the specific strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacteria. The analysis indicated that the strains that showed the most similarity is M. tuberculosis, and that the specific strains of M. tuberculosis are M. amenable and M. Boris. The identification and identification of other species of the species of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is currently under progress. This study identified M. tuberculosis and M. sanguine as distinct from the genus M. tuberculosis by PCR and demonstrated that M. tuberculosis is closely related with M. Boris, but is more closely related to M. Boris and is not close to M.
