Students who wish to live off campus must submit an online Request to Live Off Campus form on their first day at the Aquinas campus (not after they have met the criteria for an exemption). Students should review the policy for details. Students who wish to move to another residence hall because one no longer holds their current residence will have to notify the department/college. Students who are eligible for the special exemption and live away from Aquinas College need to use the online application. If the student qualifies, s/he will receive a decision on the exemption within 10 to 14 days by regular mail. The deadline for receiving a decision and living off campus is November 1st, depending on the student's program and the availability of rooms. The Aquinas College Residency Policy does not contain guidance regarding exceptions to, or waivers from, the policy. Students are free to take on additional programs at their primary residence hall as they see fit, and to stay at more than one residence hall. Students must also have a minimum grade point average of 2.4 across the first six months of study at Aquinas College.
