Do not send your visa to Sacred Heart University unless you have received the official US Visitor Record on file or are otherwise eligible to be considered for admission. If the name of a college is not displayed, the student has a relative on their file, but the relative is not a college applicant. For this situation, please make sure that the name and social security number of the relative on file is current. There will also be occasions where a student may have a relative on their file who is not a University of Sacred Heart faculty or staff member or whose social security number has not been recorded in the U.S. Department of Education or other official records. INSTRUCTIONS: After all required information is received through the Common Application, please fill out the following application for Transfer Admissions. The application and supporting documentation should be received within one month of the submission date. The application process begins September 18th, and an online application will be available. Please read the following detailed instructions for processing. The application will need to include only the items required to be submitted as described below.
