The Department of English of the faculty of the corresponding faculty, when appropriate, of the directed course, must have been notified of the directed course application. The graduate advisor must provide the student with academic information, academic advisement and recommendations. The student should contact the Graduate Advisor and the appropriate faculty member in the Department for instructions.
