During this 1 week session, faculty will be involved in the design and development of a summer program of study on a variety of topics. Faculty who wish to register will be informed of this intention in advance and will be assigned by the director of the faculty office to one of the available sessions. The staff will be required to register a day in advance, and to be available for a minimum of 3 days each day throughout the course. In cases where a staff member cannot attend all the sessions, we will notify you first of the reason and then of our plan for bringing the non-staff member. The faculty will also be expected to provide a minimum of 3 hours of written work per day during the course. Each member of your staff to register will be responsible for bringing their own transportation to the sessions. Please consider the cost of airfare and lodging when deciding which session is right for your team. Airfare and lodging will not be covered by the program for staff attending as their own team. The U of M Morris Faculty Summer Fellowship Program has an annual maximum of 18 participants who receive full benefits. This means that you would only be able to enroll with one team at a time. A total of 12 teams will be competing for six spots in the program. Each team has 8 faculty members.
