The participant fee shall be deposited at the local Institute for Emergency and Medical Care, which will be located near the conference venue, in a special fund, at the address and also will be paid in cash in advance, but the registration fee includes in-country travel costs, accommodation, meals and refreshments. The registration fee covers both physical and technical transport to and from the conference venue with a minimum of ten persons. If more than ten persons are travelling, additional transportation shall be arranged by the Institute in consultation with the organization organizing the workshop. Registration fee shall be paid in an amount equal to the sum paid after the registration fee to cover the participation fee. Participant registration fee must be paid within 14 days from July 31. Participant registration fee will be returned via bank refund. The Institute will provide to each participant by November, after registration fee has been received if not redeemed before, a ticket to the workshop. Upon registration, participant shall be assigned a ticket and will be provided with a registration certificate or a temporary receipt in the format: «Par cage », number, number of p, date of entry -«CART », number, number of p, date of entry. Upon the termination of registration, participant shall be issued a ticket and a paper copy: »Par cage PDF», document number. The participant can receive up to five tickets for the workshop. The participant shall send a photocopy of the registration certificate, or a temporary certificate that can be sent together with the registration fee to the Institute within 7 days, for further checks, including a physical and technical investigation.
