The completed form has to be received by the University on or before the date of application to avoid application fee payment. Please note: the University does not accept incomplete applications (either submitted by mail or submitted online). If your application is incomplete, you will not be contacted by University. 9. This form does not grant you admission, but is used to start the process and allow applicants to submit their documents. The Registrar's Office cannot tell you whether to apply to study in the UK or not. 10. Students are only entitled to study at a University or its equivalent (e.g., the University of Edinburgh or the University of South Wales). In practice, applicants normally start their studies in the UK immediately upon being admitted to University. The University has no powers or rights in relation to your studies other than what the EU legislation gives it. (European Commission, DG Employment Services, Regulation (EC) No. 952/2001) Note for Guidance on the Completion of this Form 1: For most applicants, the completed form is photocopied by the School. It is then submitted to the University of Westminster by University staff or students.
