Re-booking in non-members Re-booking for more than 30 days without an initial deposit of 70. Refund: Only a teacher can request a refund from our funds. This is for the class and any materials. Refund requests are handled on a per class basis. No refund will be offered if we are already booked out and no teacher is in the current class. If a teacher's registration is cancelled, that teacher will not be refunded by Unity. A student can book a teacher but can only request a refund from a class member without a teacher request. Refunds require a minimum 70 deposits. No cash refunds will be issued on vouchers. No refund will be offered to registered students if the school is not in session. Students are not responsible for paying the original deposit if the class is cancelled. No refunds will be issued if a registration is lost or damaged. If a student cancels a class, we will cancel all their deposit/payment dates for the class. If a class's registration is cancelled, that student will be given 10 minutes to check in by themselves at the host venue (not at the front desk). This is to prevent any issues if the class has ended. If a registration ends at 6 pm and a student did not make it to the host venue before 6 pm (this happens frequently and is OK), the host venue will be notified that the class is fully booked and will refund the student. Only refunds that are requested by the student will be honored. Make-up Policy It is the instructor's responsibility to make arrangements for the teacher to attend a class.
