Please note the following: Volunteers need to be able to run at a reasonably safe pace up to an hour. This means they should be able to run a brisk pace on a flat road or on an easily visible hill. Volunteers need to be able to run as much or as little as they wish, depending on the distance, distance of course and pace. Volunteers must have reasonable fitness to be able to run all the distances. Volunteers do not need to be trained in running but can be trained if needed. Volunteers will be required to report to the Volunteers Desk after each race. Volunteers will receive one bottle of water per race. Volunteers should be prepared to run from early morning (6am) up until late at night on race days.
