It is also to approve the offering of exclusive U.S. Stock buyback special funds at an offering price of 0.80/share. The exclusive stock buyback special funds offer will be made on the market for the purpose of determining the price to which U.S. Gold Bullion will be sold at the Annual General Meeting. It does not limit any other offering of U.S. Stock buyback special funds on the market. The exclusive stock buyback special funds offer does not have terms other than the U.S. General Stock Buyback Special Offer that will be made at the annual General Meeting of Stockholders. The terms and conditions of the offering of exclusive buyback special funds at an offering price on the market were discussed with the Board of Directors of Tiny Gold on February 23, 2009. The Board members of Tiny Gold asked that a copy of the resolution be included as part of this communication, and it was provided. There is no disclosure at this time of the specific terms of any offer made to sell the U.S. Government securities at the annual General Meeting. The U.S. Gold Bullion shall be sold in block lots (one block at each price level) of 1,500,000 each and may, upon the written request of a record holder who holds a majority of the unit holders, be sold in blocks of greater than a block of 100,000 at any time up to the block limit.
