This paper presents a way to make such a database publicly available and to facilitate sharing these resources among embedded developers and others. We propose a way to make embedded real-time development data and its content publicly available & accessible under an open access model, so that it is able to be shared among developers. We implement this idea with the help of a public web server and a web based editor for storing the data and its publication in a database. Furthermore, we developed a web editor & platform that allows developers to publish real Time-sensitive Information (TSI) to this system, and to generate a web form directly from the information. Furthermore, we presented the system to the European Congress of Ar geologic Engineers in Toulouse, France, in August 2006.
