If I make a change to the Mediation Agreement, do I still have to sign it? No. Changes to the Mediation Agreement are not binding upon the parties and the parties may cancel their Mediator Agreement in writing within ten seconds. If you cancel any part of the Mediator Agreement at any time, your application is canceled. 18.
