Driving Medical Examiners (DME) The Ministry of Transportation has created two different categories of doctors and Does. Eligibility for a driver review The Minister of Transportation has designated a few areas of the road, including highways, highways overpasses, arterial roads, provincial parks, municipal roads, parking lots, and provincial park services, as “high risk” for pedestrian and bicyclists. These categories of roads are designated by the Minister who will conduct an “Eligibility Review” in each case. Under the Public Motor Vehicle Safety Act (MPV SA), there are special rules for safety to be implemented at these designated High Risk Areas. However, the Minister of Transportation will only make exceptions for those individuals who are experiencing a “direct safety hazard” to themselves or others on these roads. The Minister will take into account all pertinent factors that could affect an individual's ability to safely use a car to engage in the use of a motor vehicle. The safety assessment must include: a description of how an average driving practice would affect or potentially affect an individual with a condition which could require a direct safety hazard. Any relevant driving records (license number plate numbers, vehicle information, etc.
