05(10) (a) As directed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Commonwealth v. Selloff, 412 Pa. Super. 515, 610 A.2d 639 (1985), and Commonwealth v. Minkowski, 410 Pa. Super. 607, 582 A.2d 903 (1989), every applicant for a zoning district use within the Township shall make the following initial, and shall file with the Township Administrator, all such documents as the Township Administrator may require: (a) A written document that certifies the full extent and extent of the proposed use, the location and purpose of said use within the Township, or the zoning of which said use is a part, together with any amendments of any kind that may be deemed necessary; (b) Such other matters deemed pertinent to the zoning of which said use is a part. PART B: PERMITTED REQUIREMENTS UNDER SECTION 34.16 OF THE PLANNING ACT Section 34.16(a) As directed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Commonwealth v. M.R.I., 404 Pa. Super. 553, 577 A.2d 1040 (1989), and Commonwealth v. Minkowski, 410 Pa. Super. 607, 582 A.2d 903 (1989), every applicant for a zoning district use within the Township shall file with the Township Administrator, all such documents as the Township Administrator may require; and (b) A map showing the zoning boundaries of the Township, the boundaries of proposed districts to which it may be applied, the location of each proposed district, each development project and the location of the proposed building, and such other matters considered necessary.
