PART B: PERMITTED REQUIREMENTS UNDER SECTION 34.16 OF THE PLANNING ACT Section 34.16(a) As directed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Commonwealth v. M.R.I., 404 Pa. Super. 553, 577 A.2d 1040 (1989), and Commonwealth v. Minkowski, 410 Pa.
