Your Application Form must be postmarked by midnight (midnight) on the closing date of your application. When you are eligible to apply for an Entrance Award, you will be sent an Entrance Credit via email. Upon request, we will also provide your Entrance Credit in person. If you apply for Entrance Awards after your Entrance Credits are due, they are forfeited, as described in Section 6.4. 4. APPLICATION PROCESS IN THE BUREAU OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY. 4.1 How to apply: Please apply (see Section 5.2) online through the online Application Form. Proof of your financial ability to pay the fee, as calculated by the Department of Finance, on the final payment due in the calendar year or year you have chosen to apply for the Entrance Awards (for example, your bank statement or receipt for any monies received after June 30.) 4.
