Entrance Fees Application Fees are a one-time charge for each new entrant, based only on the value of the Entrance Awards you choose to apply for. If you have chosen to apply for the General Entrance Awards, the fees are based on the value of the General Entrance Awards you select. Please read the Entrance Fees section carefully for full details. Once Application Fees have been collected, they will be transferred as per the procedure explained above and submitted separately to the Board of the Board of Commissioners of Public Accounts.
Your Entrance Credits are refundable if the Board awards Entrance Awards to you before your Entrance Credits expire. You must be able to produce your Entrance Credits prior to the closing date to have your application for Entrance Awards fully processed on the closure date.
Your Application Form must be postmarked by midnight (midnight) on the closing date of your application.
When you are eligible to apply for an Entrance Award, you will be sent an Entrance Credit via email. Upon request, we will also provide your Entrance Credit in person.
If you apply for Entrance Awards after your Entrance Credits are due, they are forfeited, as described in Section 6.4.
4. APPLICATION PROCESS IN THE BUREAU OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY.

4.2 Payment: Entrance Awards applicants are due and payable: Your application fee (see Section 5.1 for payment methods)

4.3 Eligibility: When applying, you must be able to give evidence of: Canadian Citizenship or permanent residence A valid passport (valid for a minimum period of 5 years before application deadline) Proof of your identity The value of Entrance Awards you have selected from the list (see Section 5) for purposes of allocating Entrance Awards for the year or years you have chosen to apply for the Entrance Awards (for example, your Bit ID). Proof of your financial ability to pay the fee, as calculated by the Department of Finance, on the final payment due in the calendar year or year you have chosen to apply for the Entrance Awards (for example, your bank statement or receipt for any monies received after June 30.)
