The Early Community Childhood Learning Program provides funding to schools to support educational outcomes at community level and ensures that children can access the learning opportunities they need. The program is administrated locally by the Division of Early Childhood. Funding is made available for students who are members of the Aboriginal community who are living in the community of residence or who have grown up in the community, or who are at-risk of or in need of special services due to circumstances arising from poverty. The Child and Youth Study Funding Program (CSP) is administered locally by the Division of Early Childhood. Child and Youth Services (Seal Island) Seal Island Division is responsible for the Administration of the Child and Youth Services (Seal Island) Program. They administer the funding and education provisions of this program. The primary areas of service are Child Wellbeing. The program funds the services necessary to achieve appropriate outcomes for the benefit of the child(men). Seal Island Division administers the funding for this program and for the Early Childhood Education Assistance Program for Nova Scotia Children aged 6 months to 17 years.
