(b) included in an area of the area described in subdivision (1) of this Section where no corporate incorporated town or township had been incorporated prior to that date of annexation. (c) included within the area described in subdivision (1) of this Section if the area, before the annexation, included a corporate incorporated town or township, (i) that is larger than any area enumerated in subdivision (1) of this Section, and (ii) that had, during the calendar year immediately preceding the date of annexation, an area enumerated or described in either of the following subparagraphs: a.
