If a Club is selected as the host, Tournament Fees, Tournament Regulations and Guidelines (referred to as the “Fee Tier”) will be issued by Sports Manitoba. The “Fee Tier” will be based on the following parameters: 1) Average ticket cost (including GST and PST) for all registered teams 2) Overall attendance (as per Sports Manitoba attendance data) and the type of game played. 3) Cost of any auxiliary services that a Club requires for competitive games. (e.g. refreshment and food for the court). 4) Cost of any equipment (e.g. nets, chairs, equipment for the courts). 5) Cost of hiring any official staff or support staff required for the event. 6) The amount of sponsorship/sponsor fee per team. 7) Tournament staff requirements. 7a) Any additional expenses the Organizing Committee deems necessary for the tournament (e.g. field trips, transportation, accommodations for teams/players) for an additional 20.00 CAD (i.e. per team) if the Organizing Committee is unable to fulfill such expenses on their own. If a team wishes to apply for additional funding, a fee must be added to the fee tier. All funds generated in excess of the total “Fees Tier” will be applied to covering any costs incurred by the Organizing Committee in making the tournament run. The following guidelines (referred to as the “Tier Fee Tier”) will apply to each Tier: Tier Fee Tier Guidelines 1 4,250.00 2 3,000.00 3 2,875.00 4 2,500.00 5 2,325.00 6 2,125.00 7 1,875.00 8 1,700.00 A. Minimum annual dues are determined based on the amount of money collected from the “Tier Fee Tier” to cover costs incurred by the Organizing Committee. These costs will be incurred after the “Tier Fee Tier” is calculated. B. All non-registered Organizing Committee reserves the right to negotiate with a Tournament Host (or Tier Host in the case of a Tier Host) any and all fees that the Organizing Committee deems appropriate and/or reasonable. C.
