(e.g. refreshment and food for the court). 4) Cost of any equipment (e.g. nets, chairs, equipment for the courts). 5) Cost of hiring any official staff or support staff required for the event. 6) The amount of sponsorship/sponsor fee per team. 7) Tournament staff requirements. 7a) Any additional expenses the Organizing Committee deems necessary for the tournament (e.g. field trips, transportation, accommodations for teams/players) for an additional 20.00 CAD (i.e. per team) if the Organizing Committee is unable to fulfill such expenses on their own. If a team wishes to apply for additional funding, a fee must be added to the fee tier. All funds generated in excess of the total “Fees Tier” will be applied to covering any costs incurred by the Organizing Committee in making the tournament run. The following guidelines (referred to as the “Tier Fee Tier”) will apply to each Tier: Tier Fee Tier Guidelines 1 4,250.00 2 3,000.00 3 2,875.00 4 2,500.00 5 2,325.00 6 2,125.00 7 1,875.00 8 1,700.00 A.
