Bidding Procedure The Applicant shall submit a bid to the Council. 5. Award of Bids A bid shall be awarded upon receipt of a bid submitted in accordance with these Procedures. A bid will not be accepted at any time if any of the following conditions exist: 1. The submission of a bid or other evidence of intent to bid is incomplete or incomplete in its entirety. 2. The Bid Request Form shall be signed by the Applicant by hand, faxed, or emailed to the Bid Committee by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday (September 8, 2018), unless otherwise stated in these Procedures or by agreement between the Council and the Applicant. 11. A bid may be submitted in writing up to six (6) months prior to the deadline as outlined in Section 2 of these Procedures. 12. All documents submitted with a bid must be legible and accurately reflect the bid amount. 13. All documents, bids and proposals submitted at the Bid Session must contain the name(s) of the Applicant, the Name of the Proposal, and a brief explanation of the proposal's purpose and objectives. 14. If the Bid Request Form contained one (1) original bid form with multiple copies for bids received for specific projects or proposals or multiple copies for a single proposal, the Bid Committee may order the first copy to be promptly filed with the Council, unless otherwise provided in these Procedures. 15. A bid must be accompanied by a complete copy of the bid submission form required by the Council. 16. A submission fee of 275 or the amount of an invoice received can be paid directly to the City, including direct mail, credit card payments, or by check. 17.
