Final bid amount invoiced to a person who submitted the Qualification Submission, will take effect at any time within 12 months of the invoice date. Final bid amounts shall be paid by check or money order in Canadian funds into the following bank account: Winnipeg Parking Authority. Bid Fees (Required): Fee amount is: 100.00 for the Design Brief submitted for the Design of the Public Space or 10 for the Design Brief submitted for the Design of the Facility. (Not Required for Submissions under 100.) For Submissions under 100.00, fee is not required. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing of an Application based on the following timetable.
