There is no award available for band/mode patterns entered during the period between February 27, 2008, and September 14, 2008. 4. All band/mode combinations are entered into by The 3905 Century Club, Inc., unless noted otherwise. 5. The certificate holder who is a member of The 3905 Century Club, Inc. may make contact (by telephone, telegraph, or on or off the band) with a holder of a band/mode designation and that applicant will be granted a certificate in accordance with this award. 6. The certificate holder may be contacted by any other member of The 3905 Century Club, Inc., of any band/mode designation who has been authorized to earn such a certificate. 7. The certificate holder may make only one contact that is in relation to an application within 100 days after the application is filed. No contacts may be made with a holder of a band/mode designation who has not submitted an application. 8. Before or after any contact, all facts and opinions relevant to the validity of the application must be presented by the applicant. Except when the band/mode application has been filed prior to March 26, 2008, the name of the application will be listed on the band/mode application. 9. A minimum of 30 contacts are required for a 100-Point award, which must be in-progress at the time of contact. 10. An application for a 100-Point award must include a copy of the band/mode application. For band/mode applications which were filed prior to March 26, 2008, the applicant must submit the band/mode application and supporting data together with his or her copy of the band/mode application. 11. Within 180 days of the filing date of the application, the band/mode approval or disapproval or denial shall be made public if approved or not denied. An application for a 100-Point award must be presented to the public in person. Any member of The 3905 Century Club, Inc., of any band/mode designation, shall be able to present an application for certification for any band/mode combination on February 28, 2008. If the band/mode application is filed prior to February 28, 2008, The 3905 Century Club, Inc.
