Furthermore, it supersedes any license agreements between any distributor, reseller, or other party and you. The Software is not being provided to you in a form which permits the making of a single copy, and the Software must be used only in its original, unedited, and unaltered form for your own purposes. Nothing in this agreement gives you any special rights with respect to the Software. Subject to applicable laws, you may copy and distribute the Software only provided that you do not hold or have any rights of reproduction or distribution in the Software, and that you use copies of the copy in its original unaltered form. You may not, under any circumstances, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer, any source code components included within the Software or the Documentation, nor may you create any derivative work of the Software or the Software Documentation except as provided for in this Agreement, and such derivative works will not be able to be distributed under this Agreement.
