We will do our best to schedule accommodations for you as long as we can, but there are certain time of year that we must be booked to cover the educational/counseling activities that we require. If this is not possible, we will not book your accommodation. We will make every effort to ensure that your accommodation is fully booked however, and we will contact you if there are any unplanned circumstances. In the case of unplanned circumstances, we will attempt to book as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you. Family Camp Fees are determined by the number of Adults, families and children (Children must be the minimum age required to attend Camp). Your rate covers the entire price of the Camp for up to 12 months. This means that if you are an adult camp attendee, you will be charged all costs from the night they arrive to the night they leave the camp. If you are attending with a family of 3, then there will be a base rate for the entire time (12 months). (This also applies if there are additional guests of any kind). If you are a child's Camp attendee, your rate applies to the base rate of 12 months per child. If there are additional family members of any kind, they will all be charged for the bases of time they are attending Camp. You may pay a deposit to reserve your place in a group registration, however we are not responsible for that deposit. If you have any questions at that time, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance of the camping trip.
