(4) REVIEW PROCESS: The review of an International Application is similar to the review process the Association requires of all prospective Members. In addition to the provisions of Section 2.9, including any limitations or restrictions described in Section 2.12 the following procedures are followed: The CA Soccer Board of Directors, after full consideration of the International Application, shall enter an Agreement of Association, on behalf of the League, with the Applicant. After the Agreement of Association is in force and binding on the Association, the CA Soccer Board of Directors may require all Parties to take an in-person interview related to the International Application. The CA Soccer Board of Directors may also require all Parties to submit certain supporting documents. Following receipt of all required documents, the CA Soccer Board of Directors shall complete the International Application process, and send it to the Applicant for confirmation. The final acceptance decision by the CA Soccer Board of Directors shall be issued within 1 month following receipt of the final confirmation from the Applicant regarding the final acceptance of their International Application. The CA Soccer Board of Directors has the authority to waive, modify, or amend any requirement of Section 2.13, including any limitations or restrictions described in Section 2.12, in its sole and reviewable discretion.
