If your submission is determined to be incomplete, you will not receive any points. If your submission is determined to be in violation of these rules, you will be disqualified. Please provide as much information as possible and be as truthful as possible. We appreciate if you submit your information in a clear and concise manner. All documents submitted by each entrant must be original and notarized. All documents must be received by October 31, 2018.
