No application is likely to be reviewed in a manner less favorable than other applicants. Applicants who do not submit a complete application are not subject to any special review of their qualifications or background. Applicant should use the following as an estimate of their education necessary to meet the criteria described in the Bylaws. Students should have completed no less than 8 courses in courses offered at the undergraduate level during the first 3 years; if not, an additional 1 semester required courses for the academic program (e.g. MATH, WATCHWORD, BUSY LAB, etc.). Applicants who do not have minimum 8 semester credits toward a degree at the college level should refer to the list of approved community colleges on the University Registrar s website. A minimum of 5 credits from a college or university is usually required. A candidate also must meet residency requirements at the time of admission. Bachelor's (M.S., M.F.A., M. Ed.) / Master's (Ph.D., Ph.D.) / Doctoral (Ph.D., M.D.) / Master's Programs A Bachelor of Humanities and Social Sciences (B. Human Sci) with a concentration in Urban Planning is required, one year of study. A Bachelor of Science in Geography (B.S. Geom.), with a concentration in urban Planning, is required, one year of study. A Bachelor of Science in Sociology (B.S. Sci), with a concentration in urban Planning, is required, one year of study. A Bachelor of Science in Business Economics (B.S. B.E.), with a concentration in Urban Planning, is required, one year of study. A Bachelor of Science in International Business (B.S. INB), with a concentration in Urban Planning, Finance, Business Analytics and Sustainability is required, one year of study. Applicants who are from nations outside the United States are not permitted to apply.
