To help you, we have provided a basic guide to our system but the main thing you will need to complete is your application. Once you have completed the application form, we will check that it is accurate and complete. After this we will send a copy to the relevant police force who will enter it into the Police Records Database. Where this entry is incorrect we will inform you of this.
