Prospectus This Prospectus is a copy of a prospectus under Section 2.1 of the Prospectus Act 2005 (the “Investment Act”). The Investment Trust is, and this prospectus is being, published and distributed on behalf of the Discovery Fund. A prospectus meeting the requirements of Section 3.1 of the Investment Act is not part of this Prospectus. The Investment Trust: (i) (a) has taken all reasonable steps to obtain sufficient information about you; (b) wishes to do so in good faith; and (c) expects to rely on such information solely to the extent that the information is reasonably available to it and would enable it to make an investment decision, and (ii) has considered (a) whether it requires you to enter into a binding agreement under Section 2.3, and (b) whether it has, or would accept, the terms and conditions set out below, if you elect to become a Discovery Fund investor. 2. Funding requirements 2.1. Capital requirements Your deposits will be held with the Discovery Fund Trust Company Limited or a subsidiary of the Discovery Fund Trust Company and, from time to time, with other depository companies. Any investment amount invested by you in the Discovery Fund (excluding the value of any consideration received), as in any case the amount received is likely to be less than the value of the investments, will be charged to your banking account, in accordance with the Deposit Charges Regulations 2007. 2.2.
