Please note these details are taken from the details provided by the paying institution on the check we are sending to your bank account. If you are sending funds from a non-UK registered account we will need your VAT number which can be provided to us once the check has left the paying institution's hands. If you are sending funds from a UK registered account, we will need to see the details of your VAT number, and you will need to provide us with the account details in Part A below. Bank or Institution name and address of the lending institution Please enter the name and address of the institution or banks to which your funds will be lent. We will then send you a copy of our checks. In Part B Bank name & address of the lending institution For clients. In Part B please write in CAPITAL LETTERS the following and state if this is the account you wish to be remitted from: Bank name: Client's Account Number: Achieving or preventing a transfer to your bank account.
